Great find, works good.
Like that this comes as a combination of zinc and copper. Seems to help with my metabolism and also skin repair. Recommend.

Immune Support and easy to take in the morning
I started taking zinc supplements a few months ago to support my immune system, and I’ve really noticed a difference. I feel like I get over colds faster and haven’t been sick as often since starting them. They’ve also helped with my skin—less breakouts and better overall tone. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other supplements have in the past. I also appreciate that the brand I use includes zinc in a form that’s well-absorbed (like zinc picolinate or zinc gluconate).Just a heads-up: it’s best to take zinc with food to avoid any mild nausea, and not to overdo it—more isn’t always better with minerals. But as part of a daily routine, this supplement has become a staple for me.Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost their immunity or support skin health!

Good portion and price
While the fda recommends staying below 40 mg of zinc, most supplements are 50 mg. Zinc competes with other nutrients so going so hard on it on a regular basis is not a good idea. That's why this smaller does for the day to day and the added copper, which too much zinc can cause to be deficient are excellent features. If you start to get sick or are around sick people, then maybe you should consider upping the dose or taking lozenges that are a direct application to the vulnerable areas. Otherwse, stick to a smaller dose like this. Also, for efficient zinc usage, take quercetin which helps the zinc get into the cell.

Great absorbing zinc+copper supplement at a reasonable price
I did extensive research on which formulations of zinc (there are about 5 different ones) would be the most easy for your body to use, without just getting excreted in your urine or held onto by your tissue. This formula came up top of my list. I've been taking it for 3 years now, with no issues. Always take zinc+copper together, because zinc by itself tends to deplete your copper. You don't want anything with zinc picolinate in it, because it gets absorbed too well into your tissues, and doesn't circulate for your body to actually make good use of it. 5 stars for this one!

Good Supplement but big pill!
Just wish it were either in a capsule or smaller for easier swallow.

Most zinc tabs are too much for long-term daily use - not these.
Totally recommend for long-term use. The amount of zinc is spot on for daily needs. Since too much zinc is not a good thing, I use these. Furthermore, the addition of copper is good. Taking zinc can stress copper in your system. A blend means fewer supplements to store/swallow.

I had very good results with this supplement. I had a bad burn and some cat scratches that healed really fast.
