Product description says this is the closed end model. I was sent open end.Otherwise these are great grips if you prefer something a little softer than OEM. I'll have to toss these in my parts bin and can maybe use them on something else in the future.

Best grips I've had. Wish I had known about these before. They have just a bit of extra "cush" which helps on aggressive sport bike ergos and they do absorb a lot of vibration like some have said. They also have just a bit of extra tack which I like. They look good too on my R6. The pic looks brownish - don't worry they are totally black. Pretty easy install. I use Gojo hand cleaner (the white goo) from the auto parts store to lube up the throttle tube and handle bars before sliding these on. Use a flat head to loosen your old grips then squirt some WD40 up the line of the screwdriver. That will soak down and they will remove pretty easy. Had to trim the throttle one just a bit but the end seems to be designed for trimming so you can get a perfect line. Keep in mind one grip is slightly larger inside and is made for the throttle tube. Very, very good set of grips! UPDATE...still the best grips ever but when my last pair came in (new bike) I realized they sell these with closed ends (dirt bike) and open ends (street bike). Saves a bit of hassle to get the open ended ones for street bikes.

These had to be trimmed down a tiny bit to fit the bar ends back on the ends. they were very easy to trim & they look great, dont look like theyve been trimmed at all. And they feel great.Idk how their adhesive is bc I used hairspray to slide them on real easy & it dries totally stuck. That's just what i did, not part of directions.

I haven’t used these grips for very long. So, I don’t know how well they will hold up in the long run, but I think they will be fine. Given their low price, I’m not worried about it. Regardless, my initial impression is very favorable. For reasonably priced grips, they are very comfortable. They have more padding than the stock Suzuki grips, and they provide more tack. If your throttle sleeve is shorter than the grip, you can easily cut off the portion that extends about ¼” beyond the flared outer end of the grip. This is what I did (although I didn’t do a very neat job). These grips aren’t fancy, but they do their job well.

Arrived before expected, Great grips

Exactly what I was hoping for. I just bought a used BMW K1200RS and the grips are a bit worn and they are actually splitting in a couple spots. I saw on a forum that I could buy 2 sets of these and take the larger throttle-side grip out to fit over my factory heated grips. These grips feel "smaller" that the stock BMW grips, but they're nice and gelly, which will be nice for long rides. I also picked up some grip-wraps to add a little more padding for longer rides. These seem comfortable enough though that I shouldn't need the grip wraps for most trips.

Love these grips! Been using them on all my bikes for years. Grippy, comfortable and tough. Powersports Superstore has always provided fast delivery.

Easy to install and exactly like last set. Hardly used them yet, but seem fine to me. Kept this in my list for the next time I need another set.
