Brilliant!
So simple yet brilliant. I brined 4 chicken halves with less brine, and 100% coverage of the meat with ease. I used to use a garbage bag inside a turkey fryer pot. Then try to squeeze out all the air and seal the bag with twist ties. The Briner eliminates all that hassle. Of course you may have to temporarily remove a shelf in you fridge to accommodate the height, but I use our secondary basement fridge minus one shelf for this. Clean up is easy enough but requires a little extra work because of the indentations of the locking mechanism, but this is minor compared to the overall ease of use and effectiveness.

Great product
This is a great product, having the 2 sizes is very helpful. The best part of this product is the adjustable plate to keep the meat submerged in the brine, that solves one of the issues I've always had with other products.

Well worth the price
My brother-in-law has one of these Briner Buckets and at first I thought it was neat, but a little expensive. I thought I would go the cheap route and just use a bag to brine a turkey. But no matter how I tried, I could not get all the air out and the bird would not stay submerged. A regular bucket and food grade bag is another option, but the bird will still float. The real selling point on the Briner Bucket is the locking plate that holds the meat down in the brine. I went ahead and got the Briner Jr too to do smaller things like chickens and roasts. I am very pleased!

Plastic is a little thinner than expected but the product does the job.
Plastic is a little thinner than expected but I like the product and it solves the problem of keeping things submerged. I would also appreciate it if the company offered an optional additional top that has a pre-drilled hole for an air lock which would make it more useful for fermenting large batches of vegetables. I have not gotten around to checking if a standard 5 Gallon bucket fermentation lid will fit but I suspect it will not

Oh turkey
Well the hold down piece is flimsy the edges all around are sharp which is my biggest complaint sharp enough to bleed. And it might be nicer if it was a little shorter I had to take out top rack of dishwasher to still barely get it in. It still works top notch with ease.
