- Almonds are hand selected and then air roasted - to a perfect golden brown - as we have done for three generations. The process takes time and care. Each batch is carefully inspected by our master roaster. Air roasting is considered healthier than oil roasting, it imparts a fresher taste and distinctive aroma.

Made with California almonds (45%), Alberta clover leaf honey (25%) and egg whites. Our crunchy nougat, or torroncino croccante as we call it in Italy, has the same classic crumbly texture and honey notes that can be found in the best patisseries of Northern Italy.
