Each batch is carefully inspected by our master roaster. Air roasting is considered healthier than oil roasting, it imparts a fresher taste and distinctive aroma. Ingredients: Almonds, Honey, Corn syrup, Sugar, Liquid egg whites, Corn sarch. May contain: Cashew, Hazelnut and milk 2.5oz per pack. Resealable and individually wrapped package
Made with California almonds (45%), Alberta clover honey (25%) and egg whites. Our soft nougat has a texture quite similar to Nougat de Montelimar from France, light and delicate and not too chewy. Our higher almond content balances the sugar levels to create a high percentage of almonds, our nougat is not too sweet.
