Don't waste your money. I tried 3 times to get this device to work and it never did. Now, I have missed the window for the return. What a piece of junk. It included the USB extension cord but didn't even include the plug in part where you connect to an outlet. I had to use a spare one that I have. Cheap, cheap, cheap.

I gave this device a 3 star rating only because it is too early to know if it actually works. It is easy to use and not painful at all. Time will tell if it does the job .

The laser is very small. I can laser 1 hair at a time. I am Italian, so it would take years using this device

The device works well enough but even four weeks of treatment doesn't seem to make any difference. The same hairs are still coming back. I suspect this laser pen is much weaker than professional equipment as there is no noticeable sensation at all from the laser.It is easy to use. Twist the bottom to turn it on and then just press the tip down over the hair to activate. Sometimes it will activate prematurely and it tends to get hot after several activations. It charges overnight.It only works with darker hair and lighter skin as the laser heats up melanin. If you have blonde and red hair and light skin or black or white hair and dark skin, etc., laser hair removal won't work.I was shocked by the price as I expected it to be $50 or so. Check out the cost of professional laser treatment packages before buying this device.

I used it on my face but it'll be several days before I can truly say how it worked. I didn't really feel anything, no heat, no burning, it didn't hurt. I do have a few 'old lady' hairs that I'm hoping it works on. They sprout up more as I get closer to menopause and I won't lie - I'll be happy to see the last of them. I'll know more in a few days and if it doesn't work I'll update my review. If I don't update then it worked.
