Love them. This paired with Iron pills will stop your cycle.

My con's are they have a after bitter taste. They take 32 minutes to dissolves in hot water. and I had a hard time swallowing them. and I see no benefits towards pcos anyway.I have been taking them for about 3 months now.

This supplement has given me some of my lost energy back now that I am in peri menopause. Thankful to have found it.

I haven’t taken it consistently to say efficacy but easy to take and has no flavor.

The first vitex supplement I used was from Gaia Herbs and it was good, but I was looking for some money savings. Some money was saved, but this formulation differs from Gaia (a liquid form inside the caps). I can't honestly say there is a real difference in efficacy but I prefer Gaia and won't buy this one again. For reference, I am somewhere between the peri and premenopausal stages. I am 47 y/o and was experiencing irregular and frequent (too frequent, like every 2 weeks) periods for years. I find the supplement helps to normalize the frequency, especially with the Gaia brand. With the Herbamama brand, I still find irregular spotting throughout my cycle.

No idea if it works for fertility but I’ve had no negative side effects.
