Cool idea, ultimately didn't work on its own.
I own the holster (full size) and two mag pouches. I find the construction to be pretty good, and the idea is really neat. I also found the products quite easy to assemble. However, I ran into several issues:Note: I'm running a PPQ with a TLR-1.1) The holster, in an effort to please lefty AND righty shooters, has several holes cut into the pattern. These holes caused (in my case) the structure to be inconsistent, which caused inconsistent draw success for me. Sometimes my front sight would snag the material, sometimes it wouldn't.2) The ejection port cover (which is supposed to provide retention for the gun) was supremely frustrating to get just right, and I ultimately never did. I must have fiddled with it and reassembled the holster a dozen times, and couldn't get a consistently good retention or draw out of it. Frustrating.3) The hook & loop just isn't very sticky. I am not confident that t will stay in place under any kind of difficult situation. Not wanting to abandon the product entirely, I purchased two yards of SERIOUS velcro, and applied it as necessary to fix all of my problems (see picture). My recommendation: Go get a QVO Tactical "Secondary" holster, and pick up their velcro holster adapter which is like $12. They make terrific holsters for reasonable prices, and that attachment has legit velcro which won't budge, so you can confidently store your gun and not worry about it detaching.

Just can't get this to work
This is a review of the MPH Sub, holstering a G43.After multiple attempts at rewrapping the gun and shaving the retainer, I just couldn't get the retention set properly. I could get the holster to lock the gun down so that I couldn't draw it at all, and I could get it to poorly retain the gun so that it fell out when shaken, but I never could get it to adequately retain the gun like a traditional holster. I installed it in my bag, and the gun keeps slipping out.The retainer is a separate Velcro patch that attaches outside of the holster at the top edge of the slide over the ejection port, and it flexes out just enough to lose retention. I could never get the hole aligned to the ejection port in such a way that it got a good seat. I could probably strap the retainer down somehow with another piece of Velcro, but I'm done fooling with this thing. I've already ordered something else (for $10) with a proper retention strap.I believe that Vertx makes some quality products, and this could be an innovative solution for a CCW bag, but I don't think it's a truly "universal" holster. It seems to me that the retainer would align better on a wider framed pistol, but it doesn't work for me.

Not "Sticky" Velcro
Construction wise the Vertx panel is fine, but the Quad I got had very very weak velcro and didn't work for my purposes. If you've ever bought milspec velcro by the roll or sheet you'll know it sticks very aggressively. This panel almost slides off if you're not careful. Wouldn't recommend it.

Cool in concept but it has issues
I've been looking for a off body carry solution for if I ever need to dump my gear in my bag and I've been looking around at molle/velcro organizers and equipment holders like flashlights.I like the concept of their design especially for handguns with or without WML and ambidexterity is a big plus for me. Both boxes checked with the MPH Full and Compact ( I bought both ). When you actually get it and set it up it leaves a bit to be desired. The retention'ing rubber nub has a assumed direction only from what it seems. They also state you can shave it down a little in the information booklet. It seems it needs to be shaved down from the get go with any gun. No matter how I adjust it or setup the holster I need to draw very swiftly and with a good bit of force. Just about everytime I draw it chews out a little bit of the rubber so maybe it will just adjust itself eventually or eventually become too loose to hold it.Also depending on what angle you draw from you may end up snagging the front sight on the opposite ejection port cut out. This seems like another bad design. They do include a piece of velcro for rolling up and putting behind the holster to help offset it off the velcro the whole holster will attach to. You could cover it up with this piece of velcro. The velcro itself is kind of bad. It seems to stick to itself ok. But the hook part to attach the whole holster to another piece of equipment is kind of weak. The hook seems very short and not very dense. I wants to tear away from what you stick it to often. Now on to the good part.I do really like the small mag pouches. They hold my flashlights and mags in pretty darn good. My only complaint again would be that the hook part of the velcro is not very good but it doesn't need to be super strong for a mag or flashlight in a bag. If this is going onto a chest rig I'd be a bit more concerned and would not rely on this.

Well built - small but significant flaw. Doesn't hold medicine bottles!
I got this to hold medicine bottles - 6 or 8 dram - in my Vertx Commuter sling. It doesn't fit. I tried to get an answer from the manufacturer but they never respond. So, if you're trying to use this to hold a standard medicne bottle it won't fit.A 6 dram bottle has a diameter of 28mm and an 8 dram has a diameter of 32mm. A D-Cell battery has a diameter of 22mm and it doesn't fit unless you stretch the loop past it's elastic limitation. The other issue is the overall size doesn't seem to match any of the hook/loop fasteners in the Vertx Commuter Sling. It seems slightly too big so a small edge of the Tactigami 3 loop accessory has nothing to grip to so it begins to curl up. I ended up returning this one for the 4 loop model, but it to has the size issue; I ended up cutting it to fit properly. It's this lack of attention to detail that prevents it from earning 5 stars.

Buen organizador

Hook system fails
I was pretty excited to use this product to connect small molle pouches to Velcro hook & loop. However the hooks are so weak that once it has molle attached, it no longer binds to anything.
