Automatic Pet Feeder Large (Dogs and Pigs Over 40 lbs.)

Timer is better than the first one I bought 15 yrs ago. Feeder itself operates as great as it's predisesor smooth and reliable. Hope to get 15 yrs out of this one as well.

As long as you get used to the programming it is great. Is a little bid of a problem if there is more than one dog.

doesn't hold up for big dogs my dog turned it over and it hasn't worked right since.The timer part is not easy to work not user friendley

WOW! I am shocked that other people don't like this. I have had mine for over 5 years and it works great. It has an internal power converter so 110 will power it, no black brick on the wall. It has a standard wall plug that plugs into the timer that givers you "TOTAL" control over when and how much you feed each day of the week; up to 8 feedings a day. My only complaint is it does not have a calendar in the clock to know when daylight savings time takes place. The bowl is connected via a grove that allows you to easily remove it for cleaning AND IT HOLDS A LOT OF FOOD! About 6 to 8 weeks worth for my cat.

This was great for a while, but the agitator inside the food canister no longer engages with the motor. The auger still works, so any food that can fall down will be fed, but the rest may stay in the canister unless it can be knocked loose to make it fall into the auger.I took it apart to try to repair it and the motor assembly has the gear assembly for the agitator within it, so it was not easily repaired. Have not tried to contact manufacturer yet.

Piece of junk. The auger stopped working. Contacted Brookstone for refund or replacement and they would not stand by their product. Had to call company and they sent me the parts that I have to install myself. Very upset.
