All I can say is WOW.This is hands down, the best travel mug I have ever had in my entire life. I am not kidding in any way and I cannot recommend this mug enough. I have had a few cheaper plastic mugs which have been OK however not perfect in any way. There have been issues with the liquid tasting like plastic for some time, leaking, the lip on the lid not being flush or the nozzle not being easy to drink from, etc.I have had this mug for a couple of weeks now and it is just brilliant.1. It is metal and not plastic therefore no plastic taste added to the drink. Also, the metal makes it easy to keep clean and you don't get scratches to the inside when using spoons.2. It is much taller than a lot of the ones I have used and a larger capacity, however the base is slender and easily fits in my cup holder.3. The rubber grip keeps it firmly in your hand for one handed drinking and no issues with how you screw the lid on and trying to match it up with a cumbersome handle.4. The seal on the lid is brilliant. I have had hot and cold drinks in it and there have been no leaks.5. The button on the top of the lid to open and close the drinking hole ensures easy one handed drinking and also has not leaked.6. The drinking nozzle itself is so easy to drink from and there are no issues with drink getting caught in the lip and spilling on me like I have had with other mugs.7. Finally, and by no means least, this mug keeps my tea hot for hours, and I mean hours! I make myself a brew in the morning and by lunchtime, it is still too hot to guzzle down quickly.For those of you looking at cheaper plastic alternatives, don't bother. You will only have to replace them and suffer the intolerable taste of your first few weeks drinks.I highly recommend this product and as it comes in a variety of colours, I am currently looking at purchasing them for the rest of my office.Bad points? Just one. The lid is difficult to clean but I just run hot water through it and it seems to be fine.Well done to Edel HOFF for making a pretty perfect product!

This was great for the first 7 months - no leaks, kept my drinks hot for hours. However all of a sudden it no longer retains the heat, so drink is lukewarm in less than an hour. It hasn't been dropped or damaged in any way, so I've no idea why. With regards to cleaning, it isn't particularly easy to clean the lid other than running water through the gap or putting it in the dishwasher, which is what I've been doing. The problem is that water gets trapped inside the lid and there's no easy way to dry it out. This doesn't really bother me, but based on the failure to stay hot any longer, I would buy this brand again. I had a Contigo before which lasted years until I broke it!

Overall very happy with this mug. It does really appear leakproof, did not leak when held upside down. Definitely would recommend therefore for air travel, so that if there is a bit of coffee left from your after-security cuppa, you don’t have to worry you are baptising the top locker in latte during take off. (Don’t worry, the old mug only spilled on mine...)Thermal properties also excellent - as long as you preheat by putting boiling water in for a few min first keeps coffee pleasantly warm for hours.Only negative is difficulty of cleaning. As the top is not wider than the base it requires a bottle brush to clean the mug. The top has a lot of small crevices and spaces which are difficult to reach and tend to retain a very slightly smell even after best cleaning attempts, much improved with a soak in warm water and sodium bicarbonate.Still, thanks to leakproof features and fantastic insulation this is my preferred option much of the time. You’ll definitely see me with it next time I’m in Heathrow.

This arrived today as you can see no damage to the box I have also filled it up and shaked it and it doesn't leak at all. I have taken various photos as it really is a great product. Only thing I will say is that there is a little blue on the black on the lid as you can see in the photo this doesn't bother me nor effect the use of the product but felt to give a fair and honest review I had to mention it.

I love this travel flask, it’s a perfect size and like the colour green which I ordered. It keeps the tea boiling for hours; so much so that 5 hours after making tea I scalded my mouth and it blistered! Be careful as it’s a very good flask not just a travel mug!

Top notch! Got myself a nice little discount at the coffee shop AND my drink was still piping hot an hour later. Cold to the touch on the outside too. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is that it’s pretty huge! Not ideal for carrying around really. Nespresso capacity is one latte, one Americano and one cappuccino. I don’t even drink coffee, but my husband is bouncing off the walls!

I spend a lot of money buying coffee just because I’ve never had a truly leakproof coffee cup before until now! I’m always cautious when something says “leakproof” just because I go to uni and if something “leakproof” even slightly leaks on my work/iPad, I will genuinely have a meltdown. So when I read all the reviews, I was still cautious. Put my coffee in the mug and wrapped it in a carrier bag in my backpack for the first few weeks, and not even a droplet came out. Then slowly I transitioned to carrying it in the side pocket of my backpack without a carrier bag, and again it didn’t leak. So I started fully submerging it into my backpack - upside down/on its side/shaken everywhere, and once again not a droplet! Honestly the best purchase I’ve ever made!It even keeps my coffee PIPING hot 6hrs after closing the lid, to the point I have to open the lid to cool it down a little! HahaThe only reason I’ve knocked it down a star is because I’m struggling to clean the lid - as it’s not dishwasher safe, the lid seems to retain coffee in the seal proof mouthpiece (which is not the taste you want when switching to green tea) but hey I’m too pleased with it being leakproof that I don’t care!
