product looks ok, but received a broken product that too, one of the speaker not working out of two and also usb connection too not working

I am not sure how this product has such high reviews. It's a poor quality product priced high. I bought it for 625inr when the package MRP is 196inr. I am not sure how can a seller price something so much higher than MRP. Other drawbacks1 size is too small even from the perspective of a 3.5 year old kid2 there is no mic volume control. It's too high and you can't turn it down3 there is too much feedback from the mic. Half the time you can't hear your voice.4 there is no adapter. Though it works on phone charger you have to keep one engaged for this purpose.5 build quality and finish is too poor for the price tag.

Product came in original packaging without exra protection revealing the contents however it was undamaged and great out of the box. The keys and buttons are tactile and strong, music quality is good and loud. Overall recommended and kids will like this a lot.

Did not sustain even for 2 weeks..!!Broke down in 15 days.. First the speakers went bad. Then the charging stopped.. Currently using it on batteries. Very bad product. Not recommended..

This is awesome. It came exactly as expected. The keyboard has all the features mentioned. Mike is small (perfect for kids) but with high volume. The product is optimum for beginners and kids. I ordered it for my 2 year old niece. She doesn't understand the modes at this age, but enjoys the tones. She is very happy and I am happy with the quality.
