I am extremely happy with this slimming belt.I have been using this belt for 10 days or so.The belt comes with a booklet that has some tummy slimming exercises and some motivational quotes, health drinks recipes etc and this is such a good gesture from the makers as I feel loosing weight is not just about wearing the belt but it is a holistic way of living.Eat well, sleep well, exercise well and wear this belt to get a "grip" on your health.....😄What are the things I love about this belt?It is a well made product and the material is good quality .It can be worn easily as it is stretchable belt.It fits snugly on my waist ..... I went for onesize smaller so that the fit is tight......it is actually the right size....The fit is comfortable ....no unease at all.....The sweating takes place but I don't feel it as the material soaks it up but there is feeling of heat under the belt.It does not slip at all.It is lightweight and thin and can be worn under all kinds of clothesIt instantly shapes the loose belly area and you feel the body is in better shape and even while walking,dancing and running no embarrassing wiggly love handles to bother about....It is easy to remove....I just pull the top of the belt down ..... it rolls out and comes out.It is wet so just turn inside out to dry it....One point....>>>>Wipe the inner yellow part of the belt with a cloth soaked with soapy water and then with just water..... before you start using it....that's what the manual says and I did just that..... I guess the smell goes after that and there is no irritation.I will update after a few days to share with you my progress and this belt will also get a proper performance report.So far it is doing a good job and I am happy.Hope my review is helpful to you.Thanks 😊

I just had my daughter a little over a year ago. I've tried many different products to help lose the baby belly. Like, so MANY. Nothing worked. I used my FitPick belt And after 7 minutes of jogging. Fabulous product for helping accelerate the sweating process during workouts. It’s very comfortable to wear and you can still do anything you usually do during a workout. I am 5 feet. I can’t wait to see my lower belly fat melt away over the next Six months!

Started using it the day it came on my POST PARTUM tummy. I work out 5 days a week 20 minutes of stair climber and lifting weights alternating body parts 5 days a week. Thank you so much. Will continue using it until I hit my goal.

This belt really turns up the heat and sweat during my workouts. I’ve noticed a huge difference when I wear it during workouts vs. not. There is more sweat in my waist If you’re anything like me and have your waist as a problem area, I’d highly recommend trying this belt with diet and exercise. It also really helps during that time of month with bloating.

This is so far the best in my experience, it's lightweight and very comfortable to use-- I can actually breath while wearing it. I always have " a bulky waist" not a flat stomach and tried several products. This may also help with my posture and possibly my lower back pain in between work-outs at the gym.I will definitely wear it when I work out
