Perfect. Works well so far. Will see how it fares during the winter months. Haven't had to recharge my camera ever since I've had this little solar panel. If all goes well during the winter months I'll purchase another one for my rear camera as well which so far doesn't drain as fast as the front one as there is less action happening there.

I got the Lemnoi outdoor battery camera to protect the back garden of my new house. It was rated, I think to have something like 2 months between charges. However, I have a dog that is left in the back garden whilst we are at work and the dog triggers the camera all the time, so the battery was lasting a month-ish. Also, I'd forget to check and find it had ran out when I did. Then I'd have to bring it inside and charge it up for a couple of hours whilst it wasn't monitoring my garden.So when I saw this I figured it was the answer and it is! No more worrying about battery life. It constantly charges the battery during the day so it never even starts to run down. It is always fully charged. Even the cable is designed with a built-in waterproof cover to maintain the waterproofness of the camera when it is connected. Now I know you don't get that on your Blink cameras, their waterproofing is compromised if you hook up a charger.So I'm very pleased. It is an excellent adittion to the camera and I should have got it at the same time!

I had bought and installed a Kamtron Security camera (from Amazon) and found most of its features very very good. However I couldn't see that battery life would be 5 months berween charges as it ran right down in a matter of days and to charge the battery is a ladder job to remove and take indoors to a USB charger, I'm 77 so I don't like too much ladder work plus there is always the danger of dropping the camera onto a hard surface. I then saw that this Solar Panel is compatible with the Kamtron camera as Lemnio also market the same model camera. The front of my house faces due North but I have mounted the panel on a west facing wall and directed it in a SSW direction over the garage roof where it gets direct sunlight for 3 to 4 hours but will be less in winter when it is much lower. When the sun is on the panel the camera sees the battery status as 'charging'. This changes to 100% when it loses the sun at about 1600hrs now. The battery level at 0900 the following morning was 98% and an hour later was back to 100%.

It works very well for recharging the Lemnoi camera, it's easy to install and once it's set up you can forget about it.

I bought this for the A3 camera and it was absolutely useless. Primarily, I bought this because the A3 camera has really poor battery life, it did not help.The A3 camera is only viable plugged in, and even then will trigger multiple false detection alarms. I can't overstate this. Do. Not. Buy.

Used the solar panel to charge my Lemnoi camera. The camera was quite busy taking snaps as the area it is in is busy. So far, only been up a couple of weeks, but where I have it positioned there is enough light and charge to keep the camera battery fully charged. To soon to comment on reliability but was easy to fit (good job as the instructions dont comment on how to secure it to the wall- though this is obvious to anyone who knows how to use s drill!). So far so good.

The camera only needs charging around every eight weeks with my usage but by adding this I never have to charge it again.It arrived in a plain brown box and comes with two different types of adjustable wall mounts so you have options depending on where you plan to put it, I have moved my camera to my fence now as I find it better as it covers the entrance along with the whole of the garden, the panel is around the size of a small book and has a good length cable so can be situated quite a way from the camera, the cable goes into a moulded replacement cover on the back of the camera and fits perfectly.Overall this is a great addition to save ever having to charge your camera again and an environmentally friendly solution, good quality with a choice of wall fittings it gets top marks from me as I can’t fault it.

It has worked flawlessly so far (installed in early summer). We'll see how it copes in the winter, but the camera app always Shia the battery at 100% so I'm happy.
