The mold was very easy to work with. I made a 3 tiered dolphin themed quinceanera cake. Used this mold to make the middle tier. Only issue is that it is limited by its height and it will be difficult to panel a taller cake

All katy sue designs moulds are great
I have to be honest, I have given this review without actually using the bubble mould yet. But being as I have nearly all their moulds I can say with confidence that katysue moulds are without a doubt the best moulds I have in my collection, they are hard wearing and the detail is amazing, I put them in the dishwasher when I am finished with them. If this one is as good as all the others, which I believe it will be, I will have no problem at all, they release really good too. I always dust a little cornflour into them first, or vegetable fat.
