it's what I expected, happy with purchase.

my bf is a plumber and he said delta is only product he would install inside a wall. due to ease and simple parts replacement when needed.

If you understand how it fits, should be no problem, but if you're not familiar with how it works, it can be a pain. We're happy with it.

I wanted to like this bc of the trusted name but it really looks bad.The black rubber gasket thing on the bottom is fully visible and exposed unlike many other brands. It just takes away from the aesthetic of the rest of our new shower hardware.I will say it's a heavy duty all-metal elbow and feels like a great quality item.

I had difficulty lining up the threads and had to ask someone else to do it for me. Otherwise, I love it. It is low profile, works well and looks good.

Received a broken piece! Contacted Delta and never got a reply from the Canadian branch.Didn't get a replacement from Amazon and had to return.Very unsatisfied!!

Works well and matches the look of Symmons and Delta shower fixtures.

Well made and finished. The trim washer/gasket has a deep enough return to allow a slight adjustment to compensate for small clearance issues between the wall and the elbow.

Very solid all metal design, superior to a more more expensive Hansgrohe one I also purchased
