Great help to start diet
Helped me slim down, was difficult to keep to low cals but it's only for 9 days. If you keep to the plan it does work well.

Lost a few pounds
Cheapest place I could find was Amazon, I’ve used clean 9 a few years ago with great results, I tried it again recently and still lost a few pounds just not as much as before.Easy to follow the instructions in the book and the chocolate flavour is tasty too, used to love it when I could have my shake for the day. Amazing.Would recommend it does work

Brilliant
This was brilliant a perfect detox. Only lost 2 kg but the inches were phenomenal lost 8 inches in total in places I have been trying for ages so definitely worth it. Aloe vera water was the hardest to keep down coz its so thick I suggest diluting it with a bit of water

I received this package without the shaker and measuring tape. In the past I ordered this and it was much better the quality has gone down and the price has gone up! I will not be ordering this again.
