We bought this product and had a hard time getting connected to it. Called into Annke support and had help from Hugo Cruz!He was so professional, knowledgeable and had such patience with me as we worked through the connection settings.He went above and beyond to help and we were able to get my camera connected.Annke should be very proud to have a rep of this caliber on their staff.The camera is working beautifully and is so clear!Thank you Hugo!

I purchased this camera to add to my Blue Iris system. It was very easy to set up out of the box worked right away. However, when adding it to the Blue Iris system, I noticed some dropouts. I contacted Annke support via email and had lightning fast support from Kate. She was very diligent and thorough. As it turns out when I switched the configuration from H.265 to H.264 it worked flawlessly with Blue Iris. Very happy with picture quality, night vision and audio. Very happy also with Ankke support.

I liked that the camera's pick up images from a far distance

I have Four of these cameras around the perimeter of my house. I will say this, these cameras have saved us thousands of dollars!We have done a lot of remodeling, and home repair, and where we live there are many unscrupulous characters disguised as roofers, construction workers, landscapers, repairmen, etc.With my cameras capturing what all is going on outside, I have been able to spot the cheaters, liars, crooks, as well as the few honest ones.The guys who came to look at my HVAC unit tried to charge me for parts and service that was not done.The roofers tried to charge me for replacing plywood, which was a lie.Landscapers told me they did all I was paying them for… ha.One guy even took off with my chainsaw, but I had it all on video. It was returned.What I am stressing here is, I am disabled and unable to follow people around making sure they do as they say..i have no problem watching what goes on outside by watching my cameras with my iPad.And I have no problem calling them out.It has become second nature to check my cameras, and go back and review the previous night..to see what walks through the gardens as we settle in for the night.They are most helpful!One more thing.. my son lives 2000 miles away, but he set up my security cameras so he can view live footage also. He can warn me if he sees something suspicious.These security cameras are really quite amazing!

ONVIF functionality doesn't appear to work correctly - at least with the units I received. And their technical support? AWFUL. They'll repeatedly ask for the model number no matter how many times you tell them, and then they proceed to ignore you. Very strange and very frustrating. Since I bought them a month before I installed, I'm now stuck with four paperweights. Great.

I'm using this camera for front yard security and general purpose imaging. For an under $50 camera this one offers a very good picture day or night, excellent motion detection and more.The one thing I absolutely needed (and suspect you're looking for) was for the device to work with Alexa and it does if you know one simple (but mostly undocumented) trick. When setting up the camera per Annke's instructions you must set the resolution at one of the two lowest settings. If you don't, Alexa will show "Waiting for Annke" on the screen (indicating you've set everything else up correctly and the skill is trying to work) but then Alexa tells you the camera connection failed.If you're receiving that message, go back to 'Configuration' in Annke's setup and change the resolution. Note, if you're not using an Echo Show but the picture is going to a Fire Stick you can use any of the higher resolutions without issue.One more trick. When you use Annke's IP setup page and if you're using any currently popular web browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome) the camera screens will be black. Yes, this is some cranky old software that needs updating. To see images you'll have to use Microsoft Edge in Internet Explorer mode. Do that and images will appear without having to double click them. Annke is well aware of this foible.

Once I was able to figure out what the name of the camera was it was fairly easy to set up. It did take some time to figure out how to get the camera to show up in the Annke application so it can be viewed off the local network. For some reason the video is pixelated no matter what resolution it is set for.

I use these cameras with my ONVIF complaint DVR/NVR. It has a clear picture, lots of settings and the night vision is incredible. It only has 2 LEDs so I didn't expect much. But apparently, with that EXIR technology, i really lights up. I didn't actually care if it had great night vision because I keep my front LED lights on at night but when I turned off my front light just to check it out, it suddenly lit up even brighter and was much more uniform. I am tempted to leave my lights off although I think leaving the porch light on is more of a deterrent. One think about the ONVIF function, you have to go into advanced settings under network menu to find it and enable it because it isn't enabled by default.
