I had no problems with the installation or anything related to the cartridges. The only thing I noticed is that in greyed areas, as in columns or one particular font, the "shadow" is vaguely brown/orange rather than grey. I am not sure that it isn't something that HP does to dissuade you from using "off brand" cartridges. Strangely enough, these cartridges actually show up on the "ink level" indicator, which none of the previous purchases had, which means I don't have to guess anymore.

One of the packages had a very leaky cartridge before I even opened it, and the other 3 either couldn't communicate with the printer, or the printer did not recognize them and blocked the cartridge.

I bought the two pack, one worked perfectly the other one didn’t, it’s just a disappointment!

We are still in the testing mode, but so far so good!We have two printers at work and I have one at home. I tried the first box of four cartridges at my home office.And I also print our church bulletin from this printer. And I am well pleased with quality and especially cost at about one forth of brand name units.

It was great at first! Unfortunately after a few prints my printer now recognizes that they're remanufactured and refuses to allow me to print claiming incompatible:(

Ordered the 5 pack of 952XL for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. All color cartridges worked and the first black cartridge installed worked. Thought they were great so ordered the double pack to have on hand. First black cartridge lasted about 4 weeks ( I print a lot). The second black did not work. No problem, right, I have spares. Only to my dismay none of the other black cartridges worked. So off to Sam's club to buy more. What I noticed is each cartridge has a yellow sticker with a number (V4, V5 and V6). The V4 was the one which worked. In speaking with Super Image customer support I was unable to find out what stickers represented. Was willing to have the 3 replaced with V4 (as that one worked) instead was offered the refund vs an exchange.

This cartridge works as good as an original cartridge with a better price. I have had no issues.

Good cartridges for the money. Easy to install. Decent print quality as well.
