Exo TerraScreen Cover for Hinged Door, 55-Gallon, Small

Works great, It arrived early and fits great. A little expensive for almost $50 but it definitely met my expectations. Definitely worth it if you need it, love that it opens on both sides for easy access. Turing it into a bearded dragon tank.

This is an excellent sturdy metal cover so no basking bulb melting possible. However if you have a tank with a center brace you are going to have to saw it off or the lid wont sit flush. It wasn’t a big issue and the quality is such I still give it 5 stars.

I searched the internet for a lid that fit my 55 gallon tank and there weren’t many options.. I ended up checking out the reviews for this one and all of them said positive things except for the fact that I’d need to saw off the middle bar before installing.. and that’s exactly what I did! It fits like a glove! The only little complaint I have is that it slides a little when you open one side.. so you might want to think about putting something on it for a better hold! I bought this for my 55 gallon tank that holds 15 Grey Tree Frogs!Editing this a couple months later -It has now started rusting in a few spots. I have a humidifier that’s on occasionally throughout the day and that has caused rust to start forming across it in different areas. Super bummed out since I’ve only had it for a couple months. Other than that it’s fine besides it being a little squeaky when you open it.

Screen folds at center brace which was the reason for my purchase. However it seems as if this is made of two screens intended for a 20 gal or something because at the hinge point there are the angled sides that would enclose the the total perimeter. That hinge area needs to be flat because of the brace. You'll have to fold in the angle or cut it off. Either way I'm still pleased. This is the first one I found that I could use with minimal modifying.

Perfect fit for my 50 gallon long. Would NOT fit a 55 Gal. I love having access to both sides of the tank without having to take the whole top off.

I got this for my fish tank I converted into my breaded dragon habitat. It fit perfectly! I was happy to find this size I couldn't find it anywhere ! I love that you can open either end and not have to take the while lid off. It makes it really nice and not such a hassel. It holds up well too. Doesn't melt under the light and didn't bend when my 15lb cat sat on it. Overall love this!

Won’t sit flush on my 70 gallon aquarium other than that it’s built pretty nice and solid

If you have a small snake (baby corn or milk snake for example) it may be able to fit through the cracks at henges. Other than that it’s a decent lid
