They came quickly but there were a lot that were dead

This was my first time needing crickets in years and my first time ordering online. I was pleased that all the crickets looked healthy and there were no dead or squished ones and there was no unpleasant smell. A carrot was with them I assume for moisture and nutrition. I will however recommend NOT opening them on your kitchen counter, because they were poised and ready to escape the moment I cut the tape open. Next time I will have another container prepared to put them in and I'll make the swap outdoors. Very pleased with the looks and condition of these crickets.

Was surprised to get these as soon as I did. Even more surprised non had died. Thank you. We will be ordering from you again!

More than half of the crickets were dead, and we received in a small card board box with some egg carton. Not worth it for online or local cricket purchase. Thankfully, we do have turtles that eat anything. Dead cricket buffet was worth the price for a turtle surprise. That was NOT the intention of the purchase, and we still had to go to the store to get crickets for the lizards.

I have always been happy and when I get my order only a few dead. Very disappointed this last order , out of 60 that I ordered only 27 were alive! the day I got them and today even less.

Crickets all came alive and well. I honestly expected most of them to be dead but its actually well worth it and the beardie really loves them!

All arrived safe and sound with not one casualty. Very healthy crickets will definitely order from again. Only advice, just keep an eye on the temperatures when ordering.
