You're a great resource for limited supplies.
Product is about 1-2 inches shorter than other chair height compact toilets. My tiny powder room needed any inch I could get. The product was discontinued by Toto and you were the ONLY source that actually still had it. Arrived safely. Instructions were clear. Installed with no problem. Thank you.

problem with the flushing mechanism
We have two new toto toilets that are not flushing as they should. the push buttons stay down about half the time and if I don't pay attention will keep running .

Tank was broken
toilet was broken. It was for a beach house and we missed the return date (Amazon is great about returns, no fault but my own) It was disappointing that the tank was cracked but we replaced it with one from Lowes because of time constraints getting it installed.I have a toto tank with multi flush in another bathroom and we love it.

I like the low flush option, however, I don't love the plastic seat. Otherwise great.

excellent, flush clean
shipment arrived in two pieces; well protected, on time. Toilet: excellent, flush clean, no clogs even that uses so little water. Thsi model is not elongated bowl - it is excellent for small and half bathrooms. Will buy Toto again.

Needs constant cleaning.
Great looking, but water spot is too small leading to always needing to clean after going #2. Even worse with kids. Avoid this particular one. So bad we had to swap it out of the guest bathroom.

Perfect Size
