if i have 3 1/2 inch pipes would i need to get a glass pack that is 3 1/2 inches

Yes I hade it on a 4 inch and fit perfectly so 3 1/2 would be to small

How loud is this glasspack

If you only had 87528 at the end of a straight pipe, it would be be impractical to take the vehicle to a long trip. Even at 2000-25000RPM the engine is just too loud and annoying after a while. However, if used after the main muffler, it adds a crisp tone. The bottom line - don't use it alone on a daily driver.

Sounds Great

Exceeded my expectations for a 50 dollar muffler. It maintained the straight piped sound I had on my 04 2500 Ram with a cummins, but is much quiter in the cabin and at high rpm/ highway cruising speeds, but to the people on the outside this thing is still loud as they come.
