Nice crusty bread

We live out in the country and no store within 100 miles makes sourdough bread bowls. I wanted small bowl size for individual soup bowls. These did not rise as much as they should of. Not enough to make as soup bowls. The bread was very dense and chewy. Hot bread with butter is always good. We sliced the small bowl size and made toast, cheese toast and garlic bread. It was ok, but not what I was hoping for.

Used in bread maker and was delicious

I loved them in my bread machine and they came out great first try, even at high altitude!

I've never made bread before and this was so easy to use, it came out looking and tasting like something I'd get as an appetizer at a nice restaurant.

Decided to try this out to see if it would be a good bread to start making and I’m sad to say it was not. Very dense and had a bad flavor to it.

They use apple cider vinegar but although it smell different cooking it tastes good baked
