Knobs arrived in one day and were exactly as advised; even a perfect color match.The center knob broke shortly after my parents got the stove. Closer look shows the original design is inadequate; the oven valve fits into a d shaped hole in the plastic knob….and the knob’s d drive hole is in a thin walled plastic section. Every time I turned on the stove the d drive would push the thin walled plastic radially outwards putting the thin wall plastic section in tension. Plastic doesn’t do well with tensile loads, so after a few dozen on-off cycles, the plastic cracks. Then it’s just a matter of time before the knob falls off.Ideally Samsung would have just made a cast metal knob (the thin metal plating and attached weight are a big effort to still have durability issues) but this is the best alternative I’ve seen. The metal sleeve prevents plastic radial movement during on off cycles which should keep it from cracking.All of the old knobs had full length cracks so these replacements came just in time.

This is the 3rd knob I have had to purchase, all the same model from the same company, to replace original equipment on our range that broke one by one. These look great and fit perfectly... I just hope they last longer than the original equipment did.

Perfect replacement for Samsung stove

This is about the third set of knobs we’ve gone through. If you use your stove a lot, these just aren’t made for that kind of heavy duty. And I haven’t been able to find anyone who sells solid metal knobs for my Samsung stove/oven. If you don’t use your oven a lot, these will work just fine.
