Review: Good value and do the job. - Got these for my daughter's elementary teacher and she loved them. She appreciated they came pre-sharpened and did the task. She said her classroom constantly runs out of pencils. I gave her a 48 pack and those didn't even last 3 days. She didn't have a problem with the box breaking. It's a great value for the amount of pencils. Quality durable and writes smooth. I did inform her I was going to get the ticongera brand but she would have only got 300 of those oppose to 576 and she preferred these because of the quantity. ## Features - 576 number 2 wood case HB pencils come in a box, classroom bulk pack. - Rounded hexagonal shape pencils come pre-sharpened and ready to use immediately. - Strong, break resistant, exclusiv graphite lead ideal for drawing, sketching or writing. - Soft, latex-free top erasers make it easy to quickly and cleanly wipe away mistakes. - Perfect for kids, teens and adults to use in classrooms, offices and homes. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07NW9N6W5 | | Additional Features | Pre-Sharpened | | Age Range (Description) | Kid; Adult; Teen | | Age Range Description | Kid; Adult; Teen | | Best Sellers Rank | #6,412 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #36 in Woodcase Lead Pencils | | Body Shape | Round | | Brand | Madisi | | Brand Name | Madisi | | Color | Yellow | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 2,609 Reviews | | Drill Point | Medium | | Grip Type | Hexagonal | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Hardness | HB | | Included Components | Eraser | | Ink Base | Pigment | | Ink Color | Yellow | | Item Dimensions | 10 x 7.6 x 5 inches | | Item Weight | 7 pounds | | Line Size | 0_7mm | | Manufacturer | Madisi | | Material | Wood | | Material Type | Wood | | Model Number | MP-PCL-576 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Drawing, Sketching, Writing | | UPC | 758762848780 758762848704 | | Unit Count | 576 Count | | Writing Instrument Form | Graphite Pencil | | Writing Technique | pencil lead | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Kid; Adult; Teen - **Brand:** Madisi - **Color:** Yellow - **Ink Color:** Yellow - **Writing Instrument Form:** Graphite Pencil ## Images ![Wood-Cased #2 HB Pencils Bulk, 576 Count, Pre-sharpened - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61bPisM0GqL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How many pencils are in the set?** A: I've purchased pencils in various quantities over several years. Usually the unit price is cheaper when the quantity is greater. Go to Amazon and search for pencils. It always gives the quantity, then decide which best meets your needs. As a teacher, I always tended to get the largest box. I know that was usually 500 to 1000. If you don't believe you need 1000, then it may make sense to buy a smaller quantity, even if the unit price is a penny or two higher. **Q: are the pencils non toxic certified?** A: Pencils are no longer certified non toxic but are required to be labeled with any toxic ingredients i.e. lead. These pencils are non-toxic. **Q: can these be customized??** A: No. These are really cheap Chinese pencils, but serve their purpose for students who don't care for things. They are pre-sharpened, but not of the quality of Dixon Ticonderoga pencils. A great value for the money. **Q: Are these pencils lead** A: Pencils today do not contain lead, they use graphite, although most are still called "lead pencils." ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing pre sharpened pencils *by J***N on July 1, 2026* I wasn't expecting much from a bulk box of pencils, but these turned out to be a great purchase.
