ViledaSprint 3-Tier Indoor Airer, Steel, Silver, 6 x 68 cm

The product arrived completely wasted, it's impossible to use it. One of the hangers is detached from the rest of the structure, and even worst, two of the plastic hinges have no shafts on them! So it is impossible to stand it up. I have just paid to receive 3kg of garbage by mail.

Do NOT buy!! Leg snapped on 2nd use with very light load. The metal is too flimsy to support anything more than a few socks. Terrible quality.

I thought I would order a Vileda drier as it has a good name. It may well do, but one of the legs has just broken clean off. I certainly won't be ordering one from them again. It's not as if I have a heavy wash to deal with, I'm on my own!

I purchased the Vileda airer in the summer of 2020 based on a number of factors.At the time it seemed like the best for reliability and volume of laundry.10 months on I have had to get a replacement as a bolt had sheared through the leg, this happened whilst I was away so I’m sure there was no external factor that broke it but it may have been wearing over time.I believe there is a 3 year warranty so Vileda are obviously pretty confident in their product.The space of the airer is great, with three tall tiers totalling 20 metres of space which is good if you’re doing laundry for a family.It has loops on the corner which is handy for coat hangers.Then when all the laundry is done 😂 It easily folds right down so that you can hide it away when you have guests.Would I purchase it again? Fairly sturdy and holds plenty of wash. I hung my soaking wet motorcycle jacket on it to dry after getting caught in a torrential downpour, I'm talking like I was wearing a denim wetsuit instead of jeans kinda wet, and it already had plenty of clothes already on it and it held it without any problems and helped dry it quicker than it ever would hanging on a coat hook on the door.
