The taste is horrible so what I used in mine to kill the taste was oatmeal, banana, Medjool dates, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, and a scoop of crushed ice. OK so this stuff does not taste good, but I knew it wouldn't. I'm not taking it to taste good. I am taking it for my health. I really like how it makes me feel. I did have a bit of detox at first but it was better after about a week. I have been taking this for a few months. My skin is more clear and I have even lost weight that was not budging before! It also cleanses your blood and boosts your immune system. Great stuff.

There is nothing I can say here that hasn't been said before. CONS: horrific taste, even when blended into a smoothie with bananas, avocado, a ton of berries and peaches. Vile! I am a few days in and simply divide my smoothie into a few mason jars and down each in gulps with my nose closed. Just awful. PROS: The energy and clarity is astounding. I can not recommend it enough. Pure, clear energy all day at the office! My Irish ancestors and those from Nova Scotia would be proud!

I have suffered from Postpartum depression for 11 months after my son, 1 week into using this and i am feeling much better, more myself, more energy. Very much worth every penny. Only downside is thr taste , so what i did was buy vegan capsules and fill them and take them 3xs a day ..Took a star away because the massive price increase. 10 dollar increase in a matter of 3 months , what should we expect in another 3 months another 10 dollar increase.. if thats thr case ill source them out myself.. ty

I am in my late 20's and began to have various health issues with I believe are all a result of my iron and mineral deficiencies. I was dealing with anemia, hypothyroidism, fatigue, irritability, some depression and lack of sleep just to name a few things. I came across information on this combination of products a during my research for a healthy alternative to taking synthroid (Dr. Sebi's recommendations). I must say I have felt an immediate difference! I have also started taking black seed oil and ashwaganda daily. Let me tell you I feel better than I did before the health issues arose. I will say the smell and taste are horrible BUT I just mix one tablespoon of the powder into a little bit of water. I mix it into the water, hold my nose and then take it like a shot. I also keep water in hand to wash it down quickly, then I eat something (anything healthy) like a handful of peanuts or a bite of a protein bar and then I drink water again. This is the ONLY way I can take this because the smell and taste messed up my smoothies. When I take it as a shot and hold my nose I taste and smell nothing at all.

The flavor and smell is aweful but I gave a 5 star review because of the amount of energy you get and the way you feel is unbelievable and like nothing I've ever taken. This specific product is worth the money even though it's pricey, Im still going to budget to incorporate in my every day supplements. I'm ommiting all other vitamins, this can replace a multivitamin and any other separate supplements you're taking. This is what I'm doing, I'm not a doctor. Do your homework on Irish sea moss. It contains the majority of your daily value of vitamins needed in 1 teaspoon. I did a 3 day fast and took this . It was a game changer and lifesaver. Strongly recommend mixing with super foods blend or smoothie if you're not fasting. If you are a sushi lover, you may not mind the flavor.

I loved the first batch I purchased of this a few months ago. I noticed actual changes with my body including clearer skin, energy and weight loss. When I went to reorder, the packaging was different, the price went up $10 also the color of the power was much darker than the first round. This time, after a few weeks, I'm not exactly feeling the same way I did with the first batch and now its too late to return. This could all be a placebo or could be the same substances but I'm very disappointed and not convinced... Even the scent was different. I will not be repurchasing.
