Great buy!
This is a great little shampoo bar. The scent is light and not overpowering but its just right. It definitely cleans my hair and the bar lasts a very long time, I've been using it consistently for over 2 weeks now and there is still over half of the bar. I keep it in a tin when not using. I used to buy expensive Lush bars until I found this and it's just as good! It doesnt leave a residue, just leave my hair squeaky clean and smelling good! Definitely reccomend! Will buy again!

My daughter and I have thick coarse wavy Asian hair and we have always used Japanese shampoo believing that is the best choice but I really hated to produce plastic wastes so I decided to explore shampoo bars. What a surprise this little shampoo bar does better than anything we have tried in the past. It gives such a beautiful shine and nice body. Our hair look amazing!Update 10/12: it sets hair nice but after 3-4 times use it feels like making my hair greasy and itchy faster, like in 2 days, which is not my norm. So I’m changing to 3 stars now. Too bad!

Update - it started to make my hair greasy and now I go back to using lush. Probably won’t ever try anything else but lush cause I keep going back to itTypically I use jumping juniper from lush but didn’t have time to buy it so I ordered this off amazon. I’m also pretty picky on shampoo because a lot of them make my hair feel weighted down. This is comparable if not better for the price than lush. Lush is 10.95 a bar so it’s not cheap. The scent of this isn’t as good (more lemon grass than lemon to me) but the lather is fantastic and it left my hair feeling super soft and clean. Usually I have to blow dry my hair a specific time after getting out of the shower so it doesn’t feel greasy but I left it to air dry and it felt great. I loved it so much I purchased another one for a family member to try out. Safe to say I will no longer be purchasing lush shampoo

fantastic!
purchased in my attempt to "if i can't fix the world all by myself, at least i don't have to make it worse" and I found it to be absolutely wonderful. So much so, i had my daughter try it, she also loved it, for all the same reasons, and we ordered her the mint version (mine was lemon).it lathers so so well, and rinses out better than any soap product i've ever put in my hair. I also noticed i pull less loose strands free when rinsing and wonder if it's not all the garbage in regular shampoos that make us shed in the shower?! the scent is fantastic and clean, but doesn't linger so long as to be overly perfumed. this might be my favorite find of 2019...

Great Value!
I bought this shampoo instead of Lush in an attempt to save a few bucks, and it was WORTH it! This shampoo is a great value and leaves my hair soft and CLEAN. Before, with a very expensive salon brand, my hair needed to be washed every day. Now I can skip a wash and my hair still looks pretty good. The only "negative" is that the bar kinda smells like citronella, but for me that doesn't matter because my hair looks great (and I think my hair smells "normal"). I'm curious to see how my hair adapts to this shampoo over time, and it seems like I *may* be able to reduce my conditioner use (I'm still using a bottle while I try to find a good bar).

Great scent, lots of lather!
Makes thick lather and i can feel the absolute clean this gives my hair without all those chemicals, however... this left my hair feeling stripped and seriously dried out my scalp. I have been washing my hair with ONLY baby shampoo for the last 2 years with no conditioners and my hair has always felt soft after each wash. After using this I HAD to purchase a conditioner bar to get that same clean and soft feel. Trying to go zero waste so i like the packaging and ingredients in this... my main complaint was that i need a separate conditioner.

It works, I like it a lot.
So I love that the waste in the bar is minimal. I don't have the issues that other people complain about where there is a build up on the hair, however I can say my hair is almost to my waist and I don't wash it every single day.Further we have very hard water.Finally there are recipes and instructions from most sites that talk about build up from Shampoo Bars that instruct people to do a rinse with something like Apple Cider Vinegar. I am not going to post links or go into recipes but if you are using these and have build up (and don't know what to do) look it up.The scent is not super strong (wish it were a bit more strong)... but otherwise it gets my hair and head clean. Cannot complain. I have tried a few others, so far I keep coming back to this specific brand.

Better than Lush
I normally use the LUSH shampoo bar, but I was short on cash so I got this one instead. I’ll NEVER go back. This bar smells amazing, gets your hair SUPER sudsy, it’s fantastic. I will order this for all my traveling where I can’t bring liquids. It’s definitly my go to shampoo bar now!!
