They fit really well, not bulky at all. For the first 6 weeks these were great. No leaks, no accidents. But my son is 19 months old now and we are getting regular leaks, very badly. For example, I'll change him at 1pm. By 3pm he's drenched the nappy and his jeans are soaked. That's only 2 hours which seems crazy since these nappies are \"upto 12 hours dryness\". The fit is perfect, the size 8 would be too big, I'm sure. He is a big boy - 45lbs and over 3' tall. Maybe his bladder is bigger since he's so big.
