I have already reported to Amazon that items that come in cardboard packing come crushed and items are LOOSE in the envelope that its sent in. We need better packaging in a BOX, not in an envelope!!

Very good product.

I've used these particular pens going back 50 years when I lived and worked in Germany. The pens write well and last .I did not give 5 stars because years ago the colors were deeper and richer. For some reason Städtler started using a common color rather than keep what they had.Nevertheless they are still worth using.

1) only 8 pens came (out of 10)2) about half of them smudges3) about half of them draws in light-blue, because they do not release enough ink (which is deep blue)4) couple of them scratches the paper5) couple of them make a thick line, like a regular roller pen6) only one pen works as advertised (deep blue color, no smudges, fine line, no scratching), the rest has some defect or a combination of them1 extra star for the 1 working pen

A nice smooth writing stick pen for casual use and variety. Very similar to Bic Crystal but the blue ink is lighter.
