Bayer Maxforce Granular Fly Bait-1 5lb Pail BA1041

I had a horrible problem with flues last year. My "bug guy" even told me this is great stuff. Attracted flies and in seconds they die.

At first I had the bait out and it didn't seem like it was doing anything. I noticed the flies were still drawn to the moisture on other things on my patio.After being a little frustrated, I added liquid (just a little) to the tops of the cans and the cup to I set out. Lo and behold, the returned to the moisture. As soon as the Flys land and sipping the delicious poison, they began to drop like Flys.It works and I am already seeing a difference!

I have watched video's on YouTube about this stuff. It showed flies swarming to it and dropping like "flies". But it also was a white colored bait. What I received was a pink bait, that the flies avoid. They don't even come near it. I clean the area so that way the flies have nothing to distract them, but they just fly around the opposite area, hanging out, not at all attracted to the weird chemical smell of the product. I am wondering what is going on here. How is the videos on YouTube so amazing, making us think this is the ultimate fly killer, but in real life, nothing happens. My poor dogs get more relief from Fly's Off ointment and using Vectra 3d. This was supposed to be in addition to those other types of repellent so that way I could eradicate the problem. But nothing..... Oh and to make matters worse, I think I got a used, opened, damaged container. There is only a loose zip tie holding the bag together inside of the container. I didn't have to break a seal on the lid, if there is one to break. This stuff has a weird foul smell, you would think the fly's would like it, but the biting flies that are bugging my dogs don't seem interested.

If you mix this with a little bit of dog or cat food it is even better. I literally had thousands of dead flies. This is great stuff.

Put this product down and watch the flies die instantly. I had an area about 400 sq. ft. outside where flies were so thick you were always swatting them. People would spend more time swatting flies than enjoying the outdoors. In ONE day the flies disappeared for good. They were dead within seconds of touching the bait and it drew them in like crazy.

Ok...I'm not sure where to start with this review. I have tried to apply it in every way that was listed and even a few others.I'm going to list the things that would be a more effective use of the $50 that i spent on this product.1. Take your $50 to the bank and cash it in for 5000 pennies. Arm yourself with the pennies and throw them at the flies. Any flies that you accidentally kill will undoubtedly outnumber the amount of flies that this stuff will kill.2. Roll up the $50 bill and use it as a straw to shoot spitballs at the invading army of flies.3. Take your $50 and order 5 Venus Flytrap plants from right here on Amazon.4. Pay a local homeless man to hang around and swat flies with an old rolled up newspaper.Regardless of what you do with your money, please don’t waste it on this product. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, which I’m not convinced are even from real people. I assure you that this crap does not work.
