This is a fantastic monitor. You can also power it by USB cable off your laptop and also comes with a mini stand. Regularly use it as a 2nd monitor in hotel rooms when travelling for work.The monitor is so light, we stuck one on the wall with Velcro strips and used it for our CCTV.Great picture and the sound isn’t that bad considering how thin and light the monitor is.

First of all, upon receiving the package I notice it has already been opened but sealed up with Amazon tape. Red flag number one.I open it and where the screen should be, it is not. It is stuffed under the cardboard insert along with all of the cables and plugs. Red flag number 2.I then pick it up and hear something rattling around, turns out the speaker is loose in the casing. Red flag number 3. (There are also noticeable scuffs, scratches and smears on the protective film showing it was used, I did not buy this as used.)I then plug it into my camera and all I see is a weird static- as pictured, it does work with my laptop but I bought to use with my camera having seen it is compatible on the listing. It does not work. Red flag 4. Hopefully Andycine will sort this out. And hopefully you guys get lucky.

This is being used for a second screen to my laptop, for business work. I've not tried playing any games on it.Its a pretty good picture, crisp and clearEasy to setupDoes have the occasional flicker with some lines - both horizontal and vertical - though this hasn't happened for a couple of days - its very annoying when it does!The stand is good and holds it well and is adjustableBuild quality is ok, its not the best, and its all plasticOverall I am happy with it, it was just a little too expensive I think for what it is

Firstly the supplied power supply is an American style two pin plug so it’s actually illegal to sell this product in the UK.In practice it’s not a great problem since the unit itself is 5V USB powered and almost everyone will have access to a USB power supply.The display is sharp and bright and the viewing angle, both horizontal and vertical is “OK” I’d say you need to be within about 30 degrees from the front for a decent view, any more than that and the view gets darker but it never goes into weird colours or negative like some displays. The matt screen doesn’t suffer from unwanted reflections.The contrast (800:1) is fine for use as a computer monitor but only just about adequate for multimedia. However you adjust the contrast, brightness and backlight the blacks tend to be grey.As well as the micro USB there is a DC power socket which I assume to be the 12V input. No 12V lead is supplied and neither the voltage or plug size is detailed in the manual.Having the controls and the “on” light on the back is awkward, you have to feel for the buttons at the back while looking at the front. The supplied stand is poorly made of thin metal rod but the bends are not even making the stand wobbly.

I'm very pleased with this portable monitor. it will be good to have a cover for it in the bundle or like an add-on.

Picture quality was great. Brought for using my switch. Keep in mind you'd still need your switch docked in order to connect to the monitor.

Unfortunatly this monitor didn't work for me.The packaging looked a bit suspect ala looked like it was a return. Then when I turned it on it would only stay on for approx 1 second. I'm sure this is just this particular monitor as I already have a Wimaxit monitor & that one is fine.This one though, returned.

This was used to add an additional screen to a Lynx 10 tablet. For Windows 10 applications the screen is perfectly adequate sound from the two rear speakers isn’t great but it does mean you don’t need to carry any other speakers it doesn’t come with a cover but does have a stand
