This stuff works, if you follow directions and watch videos you will be able to do a great job and really bring your plastics back to new . I have a 26 year old for f250 and the plastics were starting to fade and show their age, nothing seemed to work to make them look good very long. This is actually a sealant that dries clear and brings the original plastic color back. I used it on my running boards, mirrors, rear bumper, front bumper, and door handles and they all look really really good with one application. My only concern would be durability, but I’ll report back. They guarantee 200 washes, I go through the car wash 2 to 3 times a week so we will see , so far I am very impressed with the initial way it looks and feels after it cures it doesn’t seem to be any more slippery than the original plastic so it doesn’t make things slick like some products or remain oily.

This is a great product. I cleaned my trim with soapy water and applied using the wipes as directed. Go slow and it helps to wear a headlamp so you can see when a whip pad is running out of coating. When I pulled my car outside I noticed a few spots I missed so I pulled it back in and put on another coat. Used 8 wipes total so plenty in the box to do any SUV. Looks like new and has lasted 3 months and has not faded one bit. Photos taken after three months, 2 rains and 4 washes.

This product is amazing!! Put on as directed on my ‘03 Chevy Avalanche. Goes on easy! Brought new life back into my side trim and all the panel moldings!! Looks like NEW!!! Still looked perfect after a week and several rain showers!! Amazing!! Only have one suggestion…. I wish the product application cloth was some bigger in size! Takes forever and is difficult to cover that much side, wheel housing and bumper area. I should bump it one star. Didn’t because it’s so effective. Also needed to ‘buy again” as it wasn’t enough for all the trim and had to buy another quantity. Also haven’t applied the headlamp product, but will follow up. Here’s my follow up……. After 15 of days now, some areas that have even been treated twice now, after a week are starting to streak, while others look fine. Don’t believe it was my application because I had two coats as mentioned. I was ok with that because it was very faded. And again at first trim looked like new. Now sadly it’s starting to fade in some areas and I can see streaks. Not everywhere. But enough that it is starting to stand out. From a distance of 3-5 feet away is certainly noticeable. Seems to me the areas that get more sun exposure are affected more. So side panels down low look great. Higher on the side panels or trim on top of panels don’t look as good as when applied and after two coats. It’s only May and concerned now what will happen to the trim cote this summer.

Great price to but the black back on your Car trim! It is actually clear but seals and returns the trim back to black. It’s a bit tricky in the prep has to be done correctly and you need a steady hand to not get it on anything beside your plastic trim. It’s a great product but you need to follow directions carefully for a perfect outcome so it requires you actually reading the instructions. I watched their video, too, before I started. Results are so much better than spray on products that may be super easy but don’t do the job. The prep and time to follow the steps were well worth the effort. I have a Toyota Rav 4 and I was able to do all my trim with a few cloths left over. For under $20 bucks and a little time and care invested my 2017 car looks new! It’s a great product that does what it says if you do what the instructions say!

I have used it once on my Honda Pilot and it worked great. It was easy to use with the desired result. I will watch over time as the car is washed to determine how long the application lasts. So far, all is well. Great product.

Ok, I waited several months and went through entire summer where I used the monthly automatic car wash. This product has stood consistent through out the many washes, still going well through winter and looks just as good. Love this product and as it’s easy to use and gives a consistent excellent finish. I’ve tried others, no comparison.

If you have spent years and lots of money on spray bottles that try to restore plastic trim parts on cars, that never last, then you need to try this product. These wipes are the real deal, they work like magic. They seem expensive but when you do not need to re-apply for several months they end up saving you money compared to cheap alternatives that only make it through a few car washes. Follow the directions, wear gloves, do not inhale the odor its a bit toxic, so only apply outdoors or a well ventilated area. The directions say you can use a microfiber towel to smooth out the finish while it is wet after applying, which I do. If your plastic trim is very weathered and oxidized from sun exposure - like the plastic is not even black anymore - these Cerakote wipes will not make it look new but it will make those severe exposed parts look a whole lot better. But for most people if your car plastic trim is a bit faded and just needs a touch up, this stuff is great and keeps the black color surface dark and rich looking.

I have a honda crv 2017 which we bought brand new when I became pregnant. All the black plastic bumpers are now faded to grey which annoys me because the car is otherwise in great condition. Ive tried UV protectant sprays and even fell for the cheap restore creams advertised on temu but nothing lasts longer than a week or two. I applied Cerakote tonight and WOW WOW WOW! The bumpers look and feel completely brand new. It totally exceeded my expectations. Im super happy with the result, and I highly recommend. I have two wipes left over after doing all black plastic including on the side mirrors and window divider thingys.
