I drive my jeep with no top or doors, and I always wear a hat. I've lost a couple of hats from a stray gust of wind, and have been taking them off and putting them on the shifter to keep from losing more. Decided to give the lid latch a try, and I'm glad I did! It holds strong, is long enough to not be in the way, and it has already saved a hat! Such a simple product, but very useful!

I use this when we go fishing and it sure gets a lot of use. I can't count the number of times it's saved my hat. I'm always grateful that I got it, and my husband has gotten a lot of use out of his as well. Having this little thing attached to your hat and your shirt or jacket collar sure keeps your day from being ruined by a sunburn when you lose your hat!

I recently purchased a hat with the sun protection flap that covers the neck and ears for when I'm out walking on sunny days. The flap would fly up in a breeze, so I bought this cord with clips to secure it. I wear the cord down below my chin and it does the job of holding down that flap perfectly.

This is as described. It gets very windy where I live and these come in very handy.

The bulldog clips on the lid latch are very strong and stay closed. The length of the cord is great for holding facial masks.

If you have ever had your cap blown off by a gust of wind and had to chase it down you will love this. Great for fishing, sailing, construction or outdoor work.

Bought this for my hat when riding my jet ski. Haven't lost a hat since!. Light weight, non obtrusive. I highly recommend!
