Thank you Farah for such a beautiful book, I am a home stager, and I think you and I must be designer twins, from another time of elegance and cozy life times passed. Since I was a young girl I was told that the Home Decorator world was not ready for anyone of my ethnicity and gender, a women's I should pursue a" real job". It has haunted me all my life, since Decorating is my passion and truly 40 yrs ago the market was not open to nurturing my natural gift. Fast forward , today gifted decorators like you make their mark with this beautiful and informative manuscript on how to make a elegant and cozy home for yourself and family. We need this decorative hug right now, and I hope other die hard decorators become and stay inspired to get cozy in their true sanctuary , their home , where ever it may be. Yes you did it! At least for this novice decorator !

I got so many great tips and ideas from reading this book. Mostly, her style is glam. She uses a lot of plush textures and mirrors and crystal type looks to achieve a shining and elegant look. I definitely want to incorporate elements of her style into my currently transitional decor. She had lots of good ideas for lighting fixtures and wall decor that I've never seen. She has a photo of her son's Star Wars room that my son fell in love with. That inspiration piece alone was worth the money. She's humble and it came through in her writing, a very enjoyable read. I loved the tip at the end on how to clean your rooms so that now I don't dread it so much!

I wouldn’t pay over $20 for this book. It’s nice but some of the pictures are really blurry & repeat. I expected more different looks. Overall it’s a nice short read but there’s only a few sentences about shelf styling. That’s what I’m really interested in knowing how to do.

Guess what’s on my coffee table! It’s @farahjmerhi book from @inspire_me_home_decor ... It’s my morning read with coffee! I received this back in October! It’s a must have and you guys should check it out, plus she is a total sweetheart! Her life and accomplishments are an inspiration! I Love everything and there’s so much details! I have not gotten through the entire book yet as I’ve been a busy-bee lately juggling multiple projects and a business with my Husband, but my Husband (whom is not into these things) picked up the book one day and says to me, “very impressive, this book is legit, no wonder your inspired by her, she’s a boss lady like you”! 😭😭

This book is very useful and its a great decor item as well. It looks very luxurious on the coffee table, entrance table, bookshelve, etc...Love it!
