Cepa ViejaSherry Vinegar From Spain, 16.94 Fluid Ounce

Wha?? I've no idea how other folks got bad bottles of this stuff! I've been buying this brand for over ten years; every few months. I just bought another bottle... Perfect. This simply IS the best sherry vinegar. I'm happy to see that Jose Andres agrees but I'd love it anyway even if he didn't. Store in a dark place, don't refrigerate... I have kept bottles of this for nearly a year but I imagine if you don't use this too often it possibly could go bad in a couple of years (?) but this is the perfect go-to vinegar... great with fruit, it loves poultry, pork, savory dishes or desserts. The best!

Cepa Vieja is an outstanding sherry vinegar at a reasonable price. It's balanced and bright and makes a great all-purpose vinaigrette.

It is so hard to find Sherry Vinegar in my local grocer, let alone a delectable bottle such as Cepa Vieja. I never buy store bought salad dressing because 1. most a full of unhealthy oils and 2. I have never bought one that tastes as good as home made. I love great vinegars and this is a good one!Excellent!

Great product. A soft taste, not biting, and mixes well with macadamia nut oil. It also has a high heat tolerance, so using it to flash sear ahi tuna or diver scallops complements these premium seafoods.

I am a big fan of home made dressings and condiments. This sherry vinegar makes the best vinaigrette I’ve ever tasted. Well worth its weight in gold! I highly recommend.

This was my fourth or fifth bottle of this vinegar. It used to be amazing. The latest bottle unfortunately had a different formula – it is no longer 100% vinegar -- now it include food coloring in a preservative. Unfortunately this ruined the taste and the smell, both of which are reminiscent of wet dog. Sad loss, it was such a delicious vinegar.

Best price compared to other options. Wonderful taste and mouthfeel! The real cork stopper is quaint, but slightly less-then-convenient.
