Anybody who listens to the rubbish that purports to be music in this modern age,might benefit from listening to these two exquisite Al Bowly cds.Maybe I’m just old fashioned but I loved these recordings!

Beautiful, soft, timeless songs that will transform your home (or in my case an off-grid caravan) into a time capsule that will transport you back to when people said please and thank you, when common sense was still common, and when you could borrow a cup of sugar from the neighbour, whose name you knew beforehand.Real music by a real singer who sang from his little heart. Shame he died so tragically. Thank you Al.

I had only heard one or two songs from this singer, but remember my father saying how good he was until his death in the war. So I bought the CD now transferred onto my brennan player and the CD passed to my parents. Dad could not thank me enough and says it has brought back many memories from years ago. Money well spent.

I like his style and music. I don't really understand the complaints of other users but I am not a fechnical buff! I just like to hear the man sing!!

I bought this cd for my Dad and he absolutely loves it thankyou Amazon for making an 80yr old very happy this Christmas. I will be back again in the future for more purchases as i am sure Dad has a long list of singers from this era that he will want me to try to get for him and now i know where to come to.
