I loved the box but purchased it for a particular use. My much loved uncle passed after living with us 3 years. He was cremated. He wanted to be buried in a military cemetery but he also wanted to "stay" with me. So I bought a beautiful box urn and this lovely stash box. The stash box will have a portion of his ashes but will be the actual box to go into the mausoleum. The military decorative one will stay with us in our home. Having said all of this I was absolutely impressed with the wood and the finish. While it was 80% less to buy...other than the military insignia on the urn...it was as lovely as the one I paid $160.00 for.This is an unusual review and if the company is uncomfortable with the use of this product I am happy to remove my review.

The stash box looks great from the outside - well polished, sits greaton a shelf. However the craftsmanship on the inside could be better. The lid doesn’t align well causing it to sit somewhat crooked. The rolling tray on the underside of the lid is also not well sanded leaving it slightly rugged. It still serves the purpose of a rolling tray but stray herbs tend to get stuck on it easily.Overall, good stash box but not great. Worth the price

Nice box. Fair price. I notified the company that sold the box that the "rolling tray" was not included. I've not heard back from them. Says a lot.

Originally I was totally pleased but in the weeks following the lid started to warp. Now it is totally bowed with the sides of the lid not even touching the box and not closing completely.

I really like my new storage boxes. They are very well made and look very nice in my glass door cabinet. I can now keep track of all the cords for my I phone, Kindle and computer. The second one is for my reading glasses - could not keep track of them - now I always know where they are.

It is expensive but it has a reasonable size. There is nothing special about it

Beautiful wooden box but after a short while the lid had warped up on the sides and does not fit on box. I was delighted at first but now quite disappointed. It actually warped so much that there is a crack in the center.

This box is of very good quality. It's slightly heavy and the finish is smooth, and it has a subtle smell like of wood. I use it to store makeup but this would make a nice jewelry box.
