Best ice packs I have found so far!
Excellent ice packs — they stay cold for a long time, remain flexible, and conform nicely to the area being iced without losing their shape. After knee surgery, I tried several types, and these have been the most effective and comfortable by far. Highly recommended for any kind of injury or soreness.

Definitely stays cold for hours
A friend of mine took my ice pack to her friend’s house and it never came back. I’ve had that ice pack for over 20 years. I’ve been searching and searching to find one that will hold the cold as long. This not only served the purpose. It keeps cold for hours. I would definitely buy and recommend this to several others. The size is great cause it covers most of your back. It refreeze quickly. It’s great having two of them because one can be freezing while the other one’s being used.

Great ice packs!
I have several of these ice packs and I use them on a daily basis, numerous times. I keep mine in a chest freezer and they can tend to get solid frozen, but I like that because they stay cold for a very long time, like 30 minutes. After they thaw a bit from my body heat, they become flexible so I can wrap them in a bandana and tie them around my head and neck. Otherwise, I just leave them flat to cover my upper or lower back, hips and abdomen. Very effective for calming migraine head/abdominal pain & nerve pain in my spine or wherever else I'm having nerve pain/aches and soreness. These are so useful and effective. Can't beat the price, either!

Great icepack
Excellent ice pack. Very flexible to fit contours. however, mine leaked after a while, probably because I wasn’t careful enough how I stored it in the freezer.

Good replacement
I needed a new gel pack and gave these a try. They are actually a bit bigger than the one I'm replacing. So far no leaks or issues. I have only tried them using cold, not sure about heating them. The gel is a bit thinner and the pack is less full than my current pack so the gel tends to flow away from high points. Out of the freezer initially the gel is pretty stiff but does loosen up. Keeps the cold reasonably long. They work good for me.

Great for Joint Replacement
These are the ones you need. They are colder because they have more blue gunk in them and cold is what relieves pain quickly. A bit stiff right out of the freezer, they soften up in 10 minutes and you can shape them to your body. Wrap them in a tea towel or small pillow case when you first take them out of freezer to protect your skin. We have 4 of them, so there’s always one ready. They have been great for joint replacement surgery recovery. Just remember, if you bend them while they are hard you will break the plastic covering. Wait until they are softer. Eventually, after years of use, they all get cracks in the covering and they just put them in a plastic bag and keep using them.
