Style, performance, a bargain
I recently received this phone and even though it's a renewed phone it looks brand new. I have searched all over this device looking for any kind of blemishes, there were none. It light of the current pandemic and the fact this phone is water proof I decided to wash it in a basin of warm soapy water. I can verify it is indeed waterproof. After giving it a chance to fully charge I set about migrating my data from my old phone to this one. It was a piece of cake using my Google account. The finger print reader is convient and almost instantaneous. i can log in to various credit card accounts and online banking acoounts using my finger print. No more typing or remembering passwords. This packs performnce and beauty in a classy but understaded design. This is the phone James Bond would carry. Sleek, sexy. The possibilities are endless. I'm going to enjoy this phone for a long time. A flagship device at a remarkable price. The best phone I've ever owned. Words really can't do it justice. you won't be disappointed. Thank LG for a qaulity product. And thanks Amazon for making this product available. I love it!

Well worth the money, but be careful of its fragility.
The LGV35 thinq is simply put, an amazing phone. It has all the things you vould ask for, plus some. It also has several downsides. Its memory, though no where near as high as current flagships, is good enough for most daily activities. The display is crisp and bright, and the audio is to die for. It is compatible with Android 10, with the latest security patch from April 2020. However, it has a few drawbacks that I've noticed. It's very fragile, with a glass back and front, and after about 2 weeks of having it, I have a small crack on the back glass due to it knocking against a pocket knife while it was put up. I would definitely recommend a case, and a screen protector. I'm lucky enough that I rarely if ever drop my phone, but better safe than sorry. For me, the price was well worth what I received. Would definitely purchase again.

Great bang for your buck phone in late 2019
For the current price (Nov '19) I think this phone is the best bang for your buck available right now. It was between the v35 and Pixel 3a for me and the v35 has pretty much better everything except for camera and android updates (currently upgradeable to 9.0 on AT&T vs 10). Better processor, build materials, more memory, better headphone jack audio, has gorilla glass, IP68, and more! Love the phone so far.I took a chance on getting Amazon Renewed to save even more and do not regret my decision. Looks like a brand new phone and mine came with an original charger. Was still able to register my device for LG's 2nd year promise program warranty as well. I'm in the camp of never paying a ton of money for a flagship phone, especially when values such as this phone exist. Recommend!

Stuck on Android 8 (Update - Not stuck)
First things first. This is an amazing phone for the money that can easily hold up to several new mid-range phones. Great bang for the buck. But it's stuck on Android 8.0.0 without any security updates. I was on the phone with AT&T and LG.AT&T doesn't offer any updates because the phone is unlocked and LG cannot offer any updates because it is an AT&T branded model. So unless you don't mind staying on Android 8 or are willing to use an unofficial workaround stay away from this phone.Update:After several days and a lot of back and forth with AT&T I finally received all updates to Android 10 Q.

Got what I asked for I guess
I got mine in great condition. You could see tiny scratches but I am not one to cry about it. It's not new. The hardware itself is great: Fast OS and it is T-mobile "compatible". However, it doesn't support T-mobile's extended range LTE or voice over LTE which means the calls are not that high quality and sometimes they don't even go through (or can I receive them).I'm not returning it because it does work, even though it's not the best, and at this point this phone is more functional than my old T-mobile LG. But LG rocks!

Be careful when you change phone brand.
Retired my Samsung for this phone and love the change. I had used an LG for years and was promised better performance by my new service when they sold me their service. Big mistake. From day one this phone has blown the old one out of the water. Battery life is about the the same. It may be my familiarity LG but after a year you would think things would get better. Everything is easy to find and use. I like the size and format.
