Items as described, but we needed 100 pieces...thought we bought 100 pcs...and yet, there's only 92 lanyards in the box. Leaves me 8 pieces short, which was kind of a big deal. I don't want to order another 100 pack just to get the 8 additional pieces. They need to do a better job of counting. Better to give extra instead of less, because it put me in a predicament that I now don't have time to deal with.

I ordered this black 36 inch lanyard with a clip ...
I ordered this black 36 inch lanyard with a clip and I rec'd a lanyard with a cheap tear away plug in the back and a hook. I had to use 60 of them at my event but they were cheap and the tear away plug thingy kept coming undone and I can't figure out how to complain to Amazon and I had to use them but still want the item I originally ordered. Very frustrated.
