I ordered my cleaning mat mid July and there ended up being a problem with the order where the shipment was dropped (a rare mishap). My order was consequently delayed approximately 3 weeks -- I was of course not happy about this -- but after talking with the company, they were very prompt to make amends. Not only did they ensure the order was promptly shipped with tracking, they also offered a free cleaning kit and shirt as part of their apology (lol!). It's think it's pretty cool that they'd extend themselves that far. I graciously accepted their offer and I'm glad that I did. The mat arrived yesterday and it's a pretty good one with a nice exploded view of the SIG P320. It's a nice addition and I'd recommend it to anyone curious about the product. Thanks guys.

Makes for an awesome mouse pad, especially if your a Sig Sauer aficionado and a gamer.

Looks good, but smaller and thinner than most other compatible pad for same price. Not worth the money!
