Really like these for my colored pencils. I love the different size erasers. Easy to use and change. Slim disign fits my hand better

I’ve used this eraser for so many of my artworks and I can only say, it gets the job done!!

I first learned about the Derwent Battery Powered Eraser from a YouTube video. I was relieved to find out about a device I could use to erase my mistakes as well as use for highlights and shading. So, I went to Amazon and searched for others like the Derwent brand. That's when I saw the Tenwin Eraser. I immediately fell in love with it. The Tenwin seemed to have two advantages over the Derwent. #1: The Derwent Eraser has just large (5mm) eraser refills whereas the Tenwin Eraser has both large AND small (2.3mm) refills. #2: The Tenwin is a lot SKINNIER than the Derwent, so it's probably more comfortable to hold. Upon receiving mine, I put my 2 AAA batteries in, pressed the On button and touched the eraser on my coloring poster. That's when the motor stopped working, causing the eraser to stop spinning! So, I put in another set of fresh batteries, and the same thing happened; which is why I gave this eraser just 1 star. That's when I read other reviews. Come to find out a LOT of people gave this product only 1 star for the same reason. So that taught me to READ other reviews BEFORE I decide to buy a product from now on. In conclusion, the manufacturers of the Tenwin Electric Erasers need to pull all their erasers "off the shelves," iron out all the kinks by finding a way to make their eraser motors stronger and rename their product the Tenwin Battery Powered Eraser (because there's nothing electrical about them). Only then should the company be allowed to sell a product that actually works!

I have been disappointed using this eraser as it does NOT erase clean. And it doesn't clean up well when I've made a mistake. I've had one from somewhere else before and the quality was so much better.

I've never used an electric eraser before,but this does the trick. I use it for sketching, to remove mistakes or to just reveal the white of the paper a little more or to add highlights. It does go through batteries rather fast, but I suppose that's to be expected with the drag you're putting on its motor. Well worth the price, in my opinion.

I attempted to try the eraser and I did not like it. I attempted to try the eraser I would like to buy another one with a higher quality. This one is not right for me.

Bad news from the start. Put in new batteries. Pushed buttont to run, but had to push hard. I would not stay on while holding button, so I released and tried again. Had to use a lot of finger pressure to get, and keep, it going. I finally got it to work (sort of) and put it away till next day. The next day the batteries were dead. Put in another set of “new” batteries and it worked a little better. Later that day it started “running” randomly on its’ own while on my desk, so I took the batteries out to stop it. After working for a while it finally got to the point it would just run continously without pushing the button. It would seem that’s what killed the first set of batteries (the continuous running).Big Fail !!!

I wish the motor was a little stronger but it still works great. Just seems to bog down as soon as it hits the paper.

Reading the reviews, I almost didn't order one of these units until I realized what I really needed it for.Most comments were about how quickly it went dead or how it chewed the paper up or how the eraser tip kept breaking if too much pressure was applied. For what its worth, for some, that may be the case.What I wanted was a tool that would allow me to accurately and delicately remove small areas of graphite or colored pencil from my drawings, without having to hold an average sized eraser and carefully rub back and forth in a 1/8th to a 1/4 of an inch area, without affecting the surrounding details.This little unit does just that. Simply press and hold the button and lightly touch the surface of the paper and it will pretty much remove the desired pencil marks. If you are looking to erase larger areas covered in graphite or colored pencil, this tool may not live up to your expectations and may require a regular sized plastic eraser combined with some elbow grease to get the job done.This tool has proven itself to add subtle highlights on my colored pencil drawings and I no longer require the use of an erasing shield to get the job done.It is a little bulky in girth and more streamlined version would be far easier to control.Hard to beat however for the price paid. After using it for a few days, I ordered another one that camewith even more refills which will last a lifetime. This way I'll have one for each eraser size.

I admit I've never used one before so I have nothing to compare it to. It's perfect for erasing tiny mistakes but also for adding tiny details. It's a must have for any artist

届いて早速使ってみました。見た目やはり値段通りチープさは否めません。消え方としては、期待以下でした。電動なので手動のペンタイプより消えるかと期待して購入しましたが、随分と消し跡が残ります。HB位の濃さならまだ消える方だとは思いますが、2Bになると途端に消えなくなります(消し跡が残ります)。ハイライト付けにはいいかもしれません。細かいところにも手ぶれせず使えました。重さも電池入れても「重っ」とは感じません。この値段で耐久性が良ければ、まあまあかな。

I ordered two of these in error… and now I’m glad I did!! One I have the fine eraser tip and the other with the thicker … now I don't have to change out… a pleasing accidental efficiency that I wouldn’t be without now. Well worth the price as they come with so many replacement eraser tips.
