The following review relates to the Inskam 113 borescope being offered by Amazon reseller "kranich". This product has been available from numerous online sources/sellers for a while now, and I have owned more than one. Here are my impressions.Build quality is excellent overall. The unit's user interface is completely intuitive, and the built-in display's image quality is good. Camera image quality is also excellent, for a subminiature unit, in terms of both color and resolution. This borescope is entirely useful stand-alone for internal engine inspections; revealing clear surface features (including crosshatch patterns) in a fully dark environment.One potential issue: Some of the Inskam camera heads may be assembled without due regard for centering of the unit's internal glare shield; an opaque, self-adhesive ring bonded to the inside of the camera protection glass. If assembled off-center, this shield ring will partially obstruct either the camera aperture or the annular ring of illumination LEDs. If a unit is affected by this issue, no post-assembly adjustment is possible to correct the defect.Finally, two details bear mentioning. Firstly, the included mirror attachment is provided with a semi-transparent overlay to prevent surface damage during shipping. This must be carefully removed prior to first use.Secondly, the Inskam 113, as of this writing, is being shipped with a specified focal range of 4 to 500 centimeters. The product description by "kranich" at the time of this review stated "FOCAL DISTANCE FROM 1.18 INCH TO 197 INCH:2019 new technology" (3 to 500 centimeters) which is incorrect. These items are clearly packaged bearing the 4 to 500 centimeter focal range specification; and the included user guide reiterates this information.Caveat emptor...

I used it to inspect some duct work. Nice clear picture. You can't beat this for the money. NICE camera.

Not 5 mp camera

A little tricky to use

Great product for the money. I install low voltage, and there have been many times when eyes inside the wall would be great. This product does a great job of that. There are attachments that can help you get the cabling out as well once you find it. The camera cable is quite rigid as well.

For the money it performs as described. One problem is the 90 degree mirror gives glare with LED lights. Overall I would recommend item

Works as advertised. Used it to find an obstruction in bathtub drain. Owners manual is not very helpful.
