So they claim a tolerance of two inches plus or minus on custom orders I had a custom order for a specific size and it came in two inches short on each side and they said oh well that's the tolerance level. They told me I should try to stretch it which I couldn't stretch a piece of fabric two inches on both sides. They wouldn't take the order back or have me order a new one just offer me a 15% discount and something I couldn't use. That's kind of like ordering a size 10 shoe and then sending you a size 8 and saying oh well we told you they might not fit. I've been emailing back and forth with our customer service and it's unacceptable I've ordered before from them with good products but when they send you one that isn't the right size they shouldn't claim they can do custom orders.

I purchased this because I have a little dog but big dogs on the opposite side of the fence. The big dogs could see my little dog along the bottom of my fence when everyone was out at the same time and would literally go at the fence trying to get to her and we had to keep repairing the fence. I put about 4 of these the entire length of the fence and the dogs can no longer see each other through the fence pickets. Peace has been restored because everyone can be out in their own backyards at the same time and no one sees each other anymore. So everyone just goes about and minds their own business now.TIP: I used this against a cedar privacy fence. The zip ties that come with it might be just short. But I purchased some longer ones and the gaps between the pickets were just narrow enough that the zip ties can weave through and allow this to be installed on a cedar/wood fence too.
