Perfect and adorable
It is beautiful and not as fragile as I thought it would be. Its just the right size for a single person, living alone. I have it as a back up for when my pods run out or I have a guest that prefers the drip method. I paired it with the black and glass dripper. Easy to use and pour. A soft sponge and a drop of dish soap is you need to wash it. I rinse with a few drops of vinegar and water then rinse again with plain water to make sure all the soap is gone. Love it.

Works as intended, priced appropriately, easy to replace
I’ve broken this and have had to rebuy once or twice now, both times due to my own clumsiness. I can confidently say, though, that the glass doesn’t shatter and the vast majority of the pieces are easy to pick up, either by hand or with a towel. Whatever tiny pieces there are can be easily vacuumed up. Still, be mindful when cleaning up the glass as they have stuck to the bottom of my feet (not cutting!) and I’ve cut myself from using one foot with the sticking glass to scratch the other.Beyond that, use this with my Hario 02 V60 all the time to make ~550-580mL of coffee almost every day. It handles heat well, lid works well, and it’s fairly easy to clean. If you have medium-big to big hands, I’d advise using a bottle cleaning brush or the like.In case anyone is interested, my recipe (4:6 based) is:Hario V60 02 with Cafec Abaca (not fast!) filter40-41g coffee1.1.8 on 1Zpresso K-Ultra (897.83 microns)600mL water93C for dark/med-dark94C for med95C for med-light/light0:00 - 100-105g0:45 - 250-260g1:30 - 360g2:15 - 480g3:00 - 600g3:30-4:00 - finish, but I usually let it go until I finish cleaning my hand grinder (~2 min)

A great coffee pot
We use this under our drip filter to make coffee twice a day. The glass is sturdy, it is just the right size to make two 10 oz. cups of coffee, and it's a very good shape that isn't prone to spilling. It's also very esthetically pleasing compared to other, clumsier, more fragile coffee pots we've used. It feels very well balanced to hold even when full, and it has no metal so it can be warmed in the microwave. It's a great pot.

Pour over for two
I don't want to pull out the big Chemex everytime I make coffee for just me and the wife. Were not going to drink that much and to be honest it is a bit of a pain to clean out if you leave coffee in it. I saw one of these on TV and just thought it was cute. It holds just a few cups of coffee and can be set on a mug warmer to keep some heat going while you enjoy your breakfast. And the lid can hold the dripper when you put it on the shelf. Easier to clean by hand or just wack into the dishwasher.

Looks great and is much more durable (and much cheaper) than the all-glass servers
I work at a small, local coffee shop and we were using the "beehive" style servers for awhile: Hario XGS-60TB V60 Range Server 600Ml, Clear. However, these are nearly double the price of the microwave style one I'm reviewing, and broke insanely regularly. While the black plastic isn't as aesthetically pleasing as the all-glass model, these are substantially more durable and still look really excellent in my opinion. Most importantly, though, they keep the coffee or tea hot and pour well. We also feel that these are easier to clean than the all-glass model which often gets buildup underneath the rubber gasket on the lid and starts to smell. One tip: Be sure to thoroughly clean the pour spout of the lid with a sponge in order to avoid a nasty brown buildup. I've been pleasantly surprised at how a few scrubs from a sponge clean the lid up right away.

Awesome coffee but SUPER fragile
I’ve purchased several of these carafes as I love the Hario V60 for daily coffee. It makes wonderful pour overs, but my only gripe is that it’s so fragile I end up breaking one every few months. It would be great if the glass was a little thicker, but still worth the price if you can be careful.

Classic Hario product
Simple elegant design. Perfect size for personal pour over coffee and I sometimes use it as a home office kettle for other drinks.
