Linden Leaves – 2 oz

I was having great difficulty sleeping. Drinking chamomile tea did not help. A friend of mine recommended "Te de Tila" or linden leaf tea. I am 70 years old and had never heard of this tea. I was desperate for a good night's sleep andI looked for it in numerous local grocery stores without any luck. My friend said she would look for it in her hometown of Brownsville. Another friend looked on Amazon and found it and had some sent to me. I love it! It tastes very good. I drink it nightly. Relaxes me and allows me to get a good night's rest. I highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping or anyone going through a rough time in their lives.

This tea is very good but it is not just plain linden flower but also has orange tree leaves in it. It is very good tasting and relaxing. The other brands that I buy are from Eastern Europe and they are plain linden flower and they seem to have a stronger sweeter flavor especially the one I get from Poland. In Eastern Europe this tea is thought to be helpful with a "cold" or upper respiratory problem and not just a calmative.

I purchased this tea as a recommendation from my trainer from work after trying it once during a stressful day in a call center environment. I drink this tea every day now. It doesn't make me sleepy and it doesn't have a earthly taste to it like some teas strongly have.

I am glad I can find these here, such tea is very hard to find in a store. Linden can have soothing effect on a stomach. This is good quality linden tea

I grew up with Linden Tree tea in my youth in Switzerland and surrounded with the Linden trees all over. There are even songs about sitting under a Linden tree. This order of the tea was perfect. Thank you
