My husband has Cauda Equina syndrome so his nerves don't work properly from his saddle area down to his feet. This product helps him manage going to work without having to worry about leaking or smelling. They are GREAT for overnight use, and don't deteriorate from normal wear unless he wears them more than 2 days (until they're soiled) on days when he can control his bladder, which is only some of the time. They are quiet and do the job very well!

They really do hold alot of liquid. Just try to go slow on the release of pee. I am able to sleep extended hours & not worry about pee. I still use protection on my furniture for the overflow. I get sick, sugar levels shut up & I pee alot. But these are still hands down the best.

These have been a godsend for my 98-year-old mother who still self-toilets but isn't fully continent. With the drug store brands she had to change her slacks several times a day because of leaks and worried about going out or even making it down the hall to her bathroom without embarrassment. Sometimes it just happens - the body just short circuits and certain controls don't work anymore. My 78-yr old Mom uses about 3 of these each day, changing them at about 4 hr intervals. Rarely has she had an issue/overflow. She uses the OVERNIGHT at night and they do a great job from about 11 to 7. They are comfortable, fit well, and absorb REALLY well.
