It works great, but I would recommend using it with care, especially if you don't have fair colored skin or dark hair. I took me several tries after received, I insist it once a week first week. I have noticed that it seems to be work better on the thick and rough hair under my armpit than on my arms. Below are suggestions on how I have successfully use this product without getting burned.First, I recommend that you have a cooling gel which is available after the treatment.Next, I would recommend shaving first and then wait a moment to clean your hair, using a shaver to let your hairs as short as you possibly.Finally, I would recommend that you do it in stages. If you try do it a large area at once, I can lead to you getting burned.This is just a few points I tried to summarize, I hope to help friends who want to try this product.

 I had Laser treatment on some area of my chest and neck before I ordered this device. I have heard that some IPL laser devices might not be effective as other lasers but it is really effective on my skin. I had three treatments with this device on my legs and the other areas such as neck and chest that I previously did laser treatment. My skin color is white and my hair color is black. After using two treatment with this device, you would see that your hairs on body starting to decline and the speed of growth will be reduced. Th third treatment I saw that some hairs on my body are not existing anymore. I am satisfied with this device. I set the laser on level 3 or 4 energy. I used approximately 2500 flashes for three treatments. I will also update my review after the 6 treatments with this device.

I bought this product to reduce my body hair (especially leg). I am one of those girls who have very dark coarse body hair.Here are my testing results:Patch Test:Before using this product on full phase, I did a patch test first with all settings (1 - 5). The spots where I did with 4/5 got little burned (3rd picture). I iced it and the next morning the burn healed as shown on picture no. 4. It stunk while taking shower the next morning but later it felt healed. I didn't get any other reactions and learned the settings I should be using which is #3.Real Use on Legs:The next night after the 24-hour test, I used the IPL on my legs and arms on 3rd setting. On some sensitive areas such as the thigh, I felt a little burning sensation. This pain wasn’t as bad as the first time (patch test) but it stung. I let it cool for an hour with cold air. Slowly the burning sensation went down. The next morning, the legs and arms were looking good. However, I felt very itchy. I couldn't control my itching and I itched and I shouldn't have. The itching made it worst (picture 5th). So, please DON'T ITCH. Beside doing worst to myself, everything else looked great. I could just see rubber band snap on your skin - little reddish on the treated areas.Follow Up treatment:After the week, the skin healed then I did another round of treatment on setting #3. This time the burning sensation and mark were not there as the first time and didn't itch. Then after a week, I did another treatment and the result after 3 weeks is shown in picture 6, 7 & 8.Overall experience:1. Product works as expected and I am happy with the result.2. Each person could have the different experience like I had the itchy feeling which made it worst. And it didn't really hurt during the treatment.3. I would highly recommend you NOT to skip the patch test. This test will help you choose the setting your body can adapt.4. Don't avoid wearing the provided glasses. It's important that you protect your eyes.5. I would recommend doing continuous multiple treatments if you don't see results immediately. Because I am certain this product works.

Let me start with saying that i already had professionally done laser hair removal about 6-7 years ago. It helped for a three four years and then it started again. I bought this IPl laser hair removal in hopes that it will help me to maintain my hair growth. It came in a very nice box with goggles included. It has a nice screen on top of it that counts down how many lights left on the lamp ( you get 300,000 i used about 2000-3000 in one setting). It has five different settings. I started with setting #2, then moved to #3 and then tried level 4. It is not too bad at all but i didnt go to level 5. It feels exactly as it felt when i had it professionally done. I only used it once so far and noticed that my hair is taking longer to show up. Definitelly use some cooling moisurizer/cream after your use. I will try to update my review as i go, but so far i am loving it.

I’m not a hairy girl but when I was a kid I plucked and shaved my lower legs a lot. It led to darker and thicker hair when I grew up. Now I’m in my 20s and my lower legs are one of my biggest insecurities, to be honest.I only know that those laser hair removal devices are available for sale when I saw it at my friend house. I looked up several devices that have quite good reviews but I bought this one because it looks similar to the one I saw on youtube review.I have only had one treatment with this device so far and the result is quite satisfying. Almost all of the hair on my lower legs fell off but there are still black dots. No skin irritation so far. My skin feels smooth and finer after the treatment. I used it 3 days ago and there is very little new hair coming. I’m gonna wait for another week to use this device again. I’m expecting my hair cycle to be slower and the new hair will be less thick.This divides save a ton of time driving to the spa and I can use it anytime in my house. I will update the result next week.Update: this devide stops working after 2 week. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I would rather spend more on a devide that actually works.Update: turn out the outlet in my bedroom broke so the electricity didn’t go through. It works like normal when i plugged into other outlets.
