RS 24G x 1 1/2" (0.55x38mm) Terumo 100each/Pack

I haven't had a bad Terumo yet for going on about 3 years...at 2-3 per week, so...yea. Always sharp, never any trouble, I believe them to be safe and sterile.

Excellent darts super sharp and my new favorite gauge. A smidge tuff to squeeze E or C through but it's not bad and can be done easily if you press slowly and evenly. Genuine Terumo stuff. Can't go wrong.

i use there for TRT and they are randomly dull. one will work fine and the next hurts like hell

I like that they are affordable and individually packaged but theses needles are not for those sensitive to pain. Very dull in comparison to all other brands I’ve ever used. It takes a bit more effort to puncture the surface of the skin and results in a bit more pain.

I had been using BD 22g previously and tried these 24g hoping for a less painful alternative. These are not nearly as sharp or comfortable as my larger diameter BD 22g needles are! I don't get it because Terumo is supposed to be 10-15% sharper than BD - but maybe it depends on the exact model or series of needles. Maybe a lack of coating or something. But I will not use them again, into the trash they're going.

I’ve gotten this brand several times before and for some reason every single needle from this batch has been dull. Usually very smooth but The last 15 times have caused me pain.
